He brought the natural melody inherent in the Raga Nattakurinji when he sung Mamavasada.

Sri Sankara Guruguham in Nagaswarali with Sa Ga ma pa Dha Sa and Sa Dha pa ma Ga Sa in Arohanam and Avarohanam scales respectively, was delivered in a sweet manner.

Anu dhinamum ninai maname, a Raga Malika was presented in a spirit of devotion

The main raga taken up for full elaboration was Todi. The Artiste's improvisation of this Raga capturing its subtle and melodious phrases was commendable. The Sahitya chosen was Sri Krishnam Manase of Sri Dhikshithar. The Sangathies, Neraval and Swaraprasthara all contributed to the mellufluous presentation of the Sahitya

The violinist Shri V V Murari interpreted the notes with accuracy and precision ensuring fine melody. His handling of the strings in the instruments through smooth touch enriched the quality of music significantly. The percussionist Thanjavur Kumar's Thani was cheered with thunderous applause by the audience. Tunga Theera Viraajam in Yamuna Kalyani endeared the audience closer to the artistes. Tillana of Lalgudi Jayaraman, a conclusive piece was all the more enjoyable.
